The George Jones Sessions

The George Jones partnered with Country Rebel last June to bring together some of the most dynamic up and coming artists with the best artist we know: George Jones.  Right here in Downtown Nashville, in the heart of The George Jones Museum, surrounded by gold records, lifetime achievement awards and Nudie Suits earned and owned by the man himself -these artists got to work.  The result was a catalog of covers that are both touching and raw.  No one sings is like the Possum – but some of these folks really did do him and real country justice.  Always great to keep one of the pillars of country music alive and well by song.  And always great having talented folks stop by the museum and fill it full of song.  George would have loved that!
